After winning the 2004 ARIA for Best Urban Release Koolism are back with Part 4 - New Old Ground.
Koolism is consists of world-class DJ Danielsan and equally as impressive MC Hau. Producer and DJ, Danielsan draws heavily on funk, reggae, and soul to create a thick funk, unique and distinctive to Koolism. Rated as one of the top 5 DJs in the country, Daniel has been developing and perfecting his skills since the late 80s.
Hau's wit and dexterity makes him one of the premier MC's in Australia. He is sort after by almost every Australian hip hop outfit to guest on their recordings [Hilltop Hoods, Ru C.L, Mnemonic Ascent, Resin Dogs to name a few]. This alone is testament to his status and credibility. An infinite passion for his Tongan culture and heritage is evident in his lyricism.
Koolism have become an unparalleled force on the Australian hip hop scene, with a large and extremely loyal following of fans.
