A stereo and mono switchable peak/RMS compressor. Use peak detection for drums, RMS detection for voice. This compressor will prove useful on any sound. These plugins are also in the Invada Plugins Kit. Parameter Range Description Detector Peak / Fast RMS / Slow RMS Selects the algorithm for the compressor. At Peak the compressor will react after one sample. When set to Fast RMS the compressor will not react to transients less than 3ms. When Slow RMS is selected the compressor will not react to transients smaller than 30ms. Threshold -180db to 0db Sound level over threshold causes compression to take place. Ratio 1:1 to 64:1 Compression ratio. Attack 0.09ms to 497ms Attack time. Release 1.56ms to 1581ms Release time. Output Gain -24db to 124db Output gain after compression. Output Mode Normal / No-Clip / Tube The output mode of the compressor. In Normal mode the output is unchanged. In No-Clip mode the output is monitored for signals over 0dB and adjusted as needed.
